Eligibility for Returns

Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to the sensitive nature of health and wellness supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened bottles or broken seals.

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (final sale items).
Refund Process

Once your return is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
