At Sedox, we care about customer satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of health and wellness supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles or broken seals.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (final sale items).

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at sedoxstore1@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once your return is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
