At Sedox, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available. (Optional: If you plan future expansion, this can be added later.)

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • For some locations, a partial advance payment may be required.

Delays in Delivery

  • Delivery times may be affected by:

    • Public holidays

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier company delays

  • In such cases, we will keep you updated through email or SMS.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

  • You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing the order.

  • Sedox is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
